Return & Refund Policy

At Jafar Rips Trading Cards, we take great care to ensure all products are authentic, well-packaged, and in the best possible condition. Because of the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed products, please review the following terms carefully before making your purchase.

Sealed Products (Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, Tins, etc.)

Returns are accepted only if the item remains factory sealed, unopened, and in original condition.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once a sealed product has been opened or tampered with, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Single Cards, Booster Packs, and Mystery Boxes

Due to the nature of trading cards, returns and refunds are not accepted for single cards, loose packs, or mystery boxes once shipped.

If a card arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue for review.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

1. WhatsApp us at 5524 2588 within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Include your order number, clear photos of the packaging and item(s), and a brief description of the issue.

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on stock availability and the situation.

In-Person and Event Sales

All in-person, event, or pop-up sales are considered final.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once a transaction is completed at an event or in person.

Customers are encouraged to inspect items carefully before purchase.

Pre-orders and special release items

Clearance or discounted sale items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
