In the event the recipient is unavailable at the agreed-upon delivery time, any subsequent redelivery will be subject to the full delivery charge.

Free shipping only for Lusail, Doha, and Wakrah. Mesaieed and Umm Qarn are exempt from free shipping.

We do not deliver to al-Khor unless agreed upon in advance.

Card grading submissions are not eligible for free shipping.
